Speaker Nancy Pelosi refuses to release videos and emails regarding Jan. 6, 2021 — even though they were paid for by the taxpayers and are therefore taxpayer property. Mrs. Pelosi says she has “sovereign immunity” to not make public materials owned by the taxpayers for taxpayers to use in their defense in court.

Under the Declaration of Independence, the people have the right to “alter or abolish” any form of government they create, as it is their inalienable right to do so.

Thus most records or materials created using taxpayer money are their property and must be made available to them for review. If not, the American people are not sovereign.
