Ukrainian First Lady Olena Zelenska’s pleas for more congressional support still have to get past President Biden. That’s the same Mr. Biden who denied Ukraine the Polish fighter jets it needed to conduct strafing runs against Russian columns and positions.

In another inexplicable move, Mr. Biden weakened our economic and strategic capability by sending 950,000 barrels of oil from our depleted Strategic Petroleum Reserve to China, Russia’s largest trading partner.

Ultimately, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy may come to realize that past Biden family associations in Russia and China may be overshadowing Ukraine’s fight for survival.
