Our children are being delivered into a lifelong gauntlet of the liberal left’s creation. Your infant may experience the harmful effects of a baby formula shortage brought on by the Democratic Party’s ineptitude and lack of foresight. Ongoing family nutritional needs are suffering from inflation-driven food prices and competing household budget demands. Your family’s quality of life is being diminished by pay falling behind inflation and labor market pollution brought on by a flood of low-wage illegal immigrants.

Your young public school student may be proselytized into “woke”-inspired, narrowly practiced sexual activities and gender identities. School libraries now openly peddle pornography, gender reassignment has been advocated without parental notification, and sexual assaults have been covered-up. Essential core subjects have been superseded with “social justice” propaganda and proficiency standards have been lowered. Undereducated, non-English-speaking students have diluted the overall quality of public education and stimulated the need for still more taxes.

For your gifted child, the Democrat’s DIE (Diversity-Identity-Equity) agenda is having its fatal racist effect on children’s acceptance to the best high school in the country, Fairfax County Virginia’s Thomas Jefferson High School. Doctrinaire school board mandates, justified by a racial equity rationale, have caused skin color to prevail over our country’s founding precept of reward for hard work and competence.

Having graduated and survived during the current era of increasing crime and illegal drugs (along with the deadly risks of fentanyl), you and/or your progeny may choose to assume the exorbitant debt of college attendance. Hopefully they will not be brainwashed into becoming a progressive and will receive an economically competitive degree. From then on they face the consequences of unconscionable national debt and Social Security/Medicare uncertainties.

The taxpayer-funded progressive gauntlet is providing diminishing (negative) value and increasing costs. How much longer can we tolerate this irrationality?
