OPINION:
The protests of the Canadian truckers did not reflect any political movement. They represented working-class people and expressed the frustration of humans who believed in what they thought was a democratic society.
The truckers set a definition of freedom and drew a line between people and an authoritarian system. The liberals’ definition of democracy legitimizes and justifies actions serving their ideology only. The truck drivers became the voice of the opposition class in Canada and uncovered Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s true beliefs.
Controlling and brainwashing are the liberals’ tactics. By cracking down on the protests of the Canadian truck drivers and arresting people opposing the vaccine mandate, Mr. Trudeau has closed the iron bars in the face of freedom.
The liberals’ agenda does not end in forcing people to obey the policies that benefit authority. Rather, it infests our lives in other, everyday ways, causing the deterioration of traditional relationships in society. The liberal politicians in America are no less dangerous than Mr. Trudeau in implementing unjust policies.
Using police force to remove protesters showed Mr. Trudeau’s total lack of tolerance for his own people. Stopping the left from seizing our freedom starts by opposing their ideology and protesting vaccine mandates.
