I’ve heard it said that we all have three different careers during our working years. My second one was as a special agent for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. Throughout the nearly 14 years I served in that capacity, it never once crossed my mind that the heads of the FBI or the CIA might be criminally corrupt. I never would have believed differences of opinion might lead to extralegal activity by the very people responsible for enforcing our laws. Boy was I wrong.

Obama’s CIA director, FBI director and Office of the Director of National Intelligence — and even Obama himself — were fully aware that their surveillance of the Trump campaign in 2016 and their pursuit of criminal charges in the so-called Russia-collusion investigation were blatantly illegal.

Now they have raided the home of a former and highly likely future president over a disagreement about documents? If this is just a ploy to “go fishing” for stuff about Jan. 6, then FBI and DOJ heads should roll. How the FBI got a federal judge to sign a search warrant for the raid defies credulity.

The Jan. 6 “committee” was not only illegally set up, but has zero authority to conduct “criminal” investigations. This whole thing stinks to high heaven and should outrage every American, regardless of how they might feel about former President Donald Trump.
