Unwillingness on ‘woman’ troublesome

OPINION:

During her Supreme Court confirmation hearings, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson could not define “woman” because she “isn’t a biologist.” President Biden said he would keep his campaign promise to nominate the best qualified African American woman to the Supreme Court. If this nominee can’t define the word woman, can she define “African-American woman”? Is politically correct the same as most qualified?
