OPINION:
Americans should be able to differentiate between political extremism and political compromise. Political leaders (from both parties) are capable of enacting extreme legislation and executive dictate that could harm our country. Americans on both sides of the political spectrum are often guilty of not being humble enough to understand the reasoning of the other side’s positions and viewpoints. People need to be cognizant that they are not infallible and are capable of making misjudgements; there needs to be room for finding common ground.
The Democratic populace has been led by intrinsic hatemongers, and the conservatives are almost completely without leadership. But both sides are deeply influenced by Wokeism. Multitudes of Democratic voters are led by the “woke” and multitudes of Republican voters fear the “woke.”
