NORTH HERO, Vt. (AP) - Firefighters have rescued three men trapped on ice that drifted out on Lake Champlain.
The North Hero Volunteer Fire Department says the three men were fishing when the ice they were on drifted toward the Canadian border on Tuesday, WCAX-TV reported.
Firefighters from Vermont and Quebec responded. They used an airboat to get to the men and bring them back to shore, the news station reported.
