Left reaping what it sowed

OPINION:

I hate to break it to the Democrats, but the salaries of local police are paid for by local funds. Period. We can quote the language of specific resolutions in the cities that are undergoing the crime waves to defund their police, and the statistics of police retirements and resignations that follow.

None of the language associated with the COVID-19-relief bill suggested local law enforcement was a target, and the statement that police were underfunded because of cash flow is ludicrous in light of the plain resolution language. Left-wing agitprops decided undoing our national security was a good idea; American citizens predictably thought it a horrible idea. Rewriting that narrative may even exceed the corruption capabilities of the mainstream media.
