Man dies after Springfield apartment fire

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) - Authorities say a man has died after a Springfield apartment fire.

The Springfield Fire Department announced Monday that 66-year-old Larry Woodcock died Dec. 30. He was pulled from the apartment one day earlier.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
