KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) - Authorities say a man found dead in the snow on New Year’s Day in Kansas City, Kansas, apparently had been shot.
Police said in a news release that it appears that the shooting happened in the early morning hours. The name of the man who was killed wasn’t immediately released.
Police also provided no information on a suspect or motive. Anyone with information is urged to call a tips hotline.
