OPINION:
The ruling elite of Washington are now boasting, if not warning, that they have full control of all three branches of our government. With the aid of their friendly news media, we the people are being told how much they are going to do now that they are in full power.
We are being told how these Democrats are going to finish fundamentally transforming our nation. They were giddy as they rushed to vote amongst themselves to impeach the president for a historic second time, again for a non-criminal offense. It’s as if the entire ruling elite are drunk with power now they have worked their way back into control of all three branches of our government.
What they seem to overlook in all this are the citizens of this great country. Citizens are still happy with the country being just how it is, and if anything they desire a more solid return to the principles of our founding. The people of the nation do not wish to be forced to watch as their nation is transformed.Â
History shows that the last time the ruling elite chose to overlook this power of the people and favored their own ‘ruling power,’ they had to go to war to fight for their control, which had begun slipping away. If the ruling elite think that with the symbolic control of the entirety of government they are free to do whatever they desire, they will find how wrong a premise that is.Â
