Police pursue reckless driver, who fled after crashing SUV

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - Police in Grand Forks are searching for the man who led officers on a pursuit after driving recklessly.

Officers tried stopping the driver of an SUV for reckless driving Sunday about 8 p.m. But the driver took off and later crashed into some trees near the Budget Inn motel.

Despite the crash, the driver ran from the scene. Police and a tracking dog were not able to locate him.
