The famous “Hollywood” sign had a “TRUMP” competitor for at least a few hours this week.
President Trump’s name was erected along the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles for everyone to see early Tuesday.
“I don’t know if it’s a distraction or not, but it’s certainly visible from especially the northbound side of the 405 Freeway as you approach Getty Center here in this Sepulveda Pass,” KTLA-5’s Mark Kono said from his aerial view during a traffic report. “A lot of people are gonna be seeing this.”
Mr. Kono estimated the letters of the “TRUMP” sign to be at least 10 feet tall.
California Highway Patrol deemed the sign a “traffic hazard” at 6:41 a.m., the station reported.
The sign was taken down by roughly 7:30 a.m.
