NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say a driver struck a school bus carrying 13 people in New Jersey, leaving more than half with complaints of pain, and then fled the scene.
A black sport utility vehicle struck the bus from behind at about 3:45 p.m. Saturday in Newark, NJ.com reported.
Five students and two adults complained of pain, but no other injuries were reported, a police spokeswoman said. There was no immediate word on whether anyone was taken to a hospital.
The accident is under investigation and no arrests were immediately reported.
