KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) - Police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in a home in Kansas City, Kansas, as a homicide, officials said.
Family members of the woman found her body on Monday afternoon and called authorities, police said. Arriving officers found a woman in her late 30s dead inside the home and said it appeared foul play had been involved in her death.
Police did not immediately release the victim’s name or indicate how she had died.
Detectives are investigating her death as a homicide and have asked anyone with information about her death to call police or the the TIPS Hotline
