GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Police in Glendale are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that killed a woman and a teenage boy.

They said officers responded to a crash involving three cars late Saturday.

Police investigators said it appears one of the vehicles hit another car from behind and pushed it into oncoming traffic where it struck a third vehicle.

The driver of the second car was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police said a Buckeye woman later identified as 29-year-old Jadalynn Faith Pasion was in the passenger seat and died at the scene.

They said a 14-year-old boy in the backseat was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died.

The teen’s name hasn’t been released.

Police said two of the occupants in the first vehicle remain hospitalized in stable condition but it’s unclear who was the driver and both speed and impairment are being investigated.
