SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - The headline of an October 10, 2020, Associated Press story about the investigation of a Northern California wildfire that killed four people incorrectly stated that Pacific Gas and Electric Co. told state authorities its equipment might have caused the fire. The utility said that state fire investigators had seized some of its electrical equipment as part of their investigation into the cause.
