CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - Police have identified the man who died Tuesday in a single-car crash in Concord.

Nicholas Coolen, 27, of Hudson, was killed when the vehicle he was riding in hit a guardrail and went off Route 106, Concord Police said Thursday. Coolen and his friend were thrown from the car, the Concord Monitor reported. The other man was taken to the hospital where he remained in serious condition on Thursday.

The crash is under investigation and it was unclear who was driving, police said. The crash was reported around 11:40 a.m. Tuesday.
