BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (AP) _ Surgery Partners Inc. (SGRY) on Wednesday reported a loss of $61.6 million in its third quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Brentwood, Tennessee-based company said it had a loss of $1.46. Losses, adjusted for asset impairment costs and non-recurring costs, were 53 cents per share.
The surgical facilities operator posted revenue of $496.1 million in the period.
Surgery Partners shares have increased 55% since the beginning of the year. The stock has more than doubled in the last 12 months.
