PHOENIX (AP) - A man has been arrested a man in connection with a shooting that led to a deadly rollover crash in Phoenix two months ago, according to police.
They said 35-year-old Steven Orona has been booked into jail on suspicion of first-degree murder and drive-by shooting.
It was unclear Sunday if Orona has a lawyer yet for his case.
Police said Orona allegedly shot the driver of a car on Sept. 24 near Interstate 17.
They said 39-year-old Larry Milligan was pronounced dead on the scene.
Phoenix TV station ABC15 reported that police released a video and photos on social media searching for a suspect.
Police said detectives developed probable cause to arrest Orona and he allegedly admitted to shooting Milligan.
A possible motive for the shooting hasn’t been released by police.
