OPINION:
Attorney General William Barr’s announced decision not to initiate investigations of Joe Biden and Barack Obama for their parts in the Flynn matter is justice denied to the American people. Everyone who was at the now-infamous Oval Office meeting of Jan. 5, 2017, (President Obama, Vice President Biden, Susan Rice, James Comey, John Brennan and Sally Yates) could be incriminated for unmasking and leaking Flynn’s name. Both Mr. Biden and Mr. Obama should be subject to investigation for possible illegal actions, most prominently Mr. Biden, who unmasked Flynn on President Trump’s Inauguration Day.
To allow Mr. Obama and Mr. Biden to escape investigation is wrong. Mr. Barr’s motivation for allowing these men to skate free is highly questionable and his decision should be revisited.
