ELLSWORTH, Maine (AP) - Two people were found dead after a fire swept through a home Tuesday in Ellsworth, Maine, officials said.

The fire killed Bruce Wallace, 67, and Linda Tarvis, 58.

Firefighters arrived to find the mobile home on U.S. 1 fully was engulfed; the bodies of Wallace and Tarvis were later discovered inside, said Stephen McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public Safety.



Investigators from the state fire marshal’s office are seeking the cause of the blaze, officials said.
