PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say the two adults aboard a single-engine plane declined to be transported to a hospital after landing in a field near an airport in north Phoenix on Wednesday, authorities said.
There was no immediate information available on why the plane landed in the field east of Phoenix Deer Valley Airport.
Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Ian Gregor said the agency will investigate the incident.
Phoenix Fire Department Capt. Kenny Overton said there was no fire and that the two people aboard the plane were evaluated by firefighters and declined to be transported.
