The stretch of highway that links mainland Vermont with Vermont’s Lake Champlain islands is a major route to and from New York for drivers who take the Grand Isle ferry.
The truck jackknifed at about 10 a.m.
State police reported just after 1 p.m. that the highway had been reopened.
