LEWELLEN, Neb. (AP) - The works of two Nebraska photographers and an artist are on display through April 11 at Ash Hollow State Historical Park in Garden County.
Lincoln photographer Michael Forsberg’s exhibit consists of more than 20 prints of wildlife and landscapes. Artist Jean Jensen, of Lewellen, is showing several pieces featuring local scenery and wildlife.
Photographer Kylee Warren, also of Lewellen, has a lifelong interest in conservation, storytelling, traveling and birds, especially sandhill cranes, the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission said. She will be the keynote speaker at the exhibit open house on Sunday, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the park’s visitor center. Admission is $2 for adults and $1 for kids. A park entry permit also is required.
The displays are available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday, or by appointment.
