OPINION:
We are not in 1860. America has made great strides in race relations since the Civil War. No, America is not a utopia, but utopias don’t exist. That said, America still gives all races a chance to succeed and provides great opportunity for all.
Antifa, Black Lives Matter and the rest of the radical left seek the violent overthrow of our government in order to lead us to a Marxist state. Racism is nurtured and extremely abused as a tool used toward their objective. Prominent statues, including non-Confederate statues, have been defaced, toppled and removed. Recently, a Black Lives Matters leader called for tearing down churches and statues of Jesus. They want to dismantle the establishment and foundations of America.
Policemen and reporters have been attacked while governors, mayors and journalists have defended the riots as “mostly peaceful.” Blood is already spilling, with civilian defenders, bystanders, workers and businesses being assaulted or destroyed by looters and rioters.
Anarchy must be stopped. Without a committed and targeted crackdown on this disorder and its leaders, targeted killings of their opponents and critics will come next.
That said, our foundations started to crack when the U.S. Supreme Court generated the bogus separation-of-church-and-state policy, and took prayer out of schools. As a nation turns from God, it goes in the wrong direction. America, are you listening? The root of the problem is spiritual. Repent.
