ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) - A Pennsylvania man died after he was pulled from the ocean off Atlantic City, police said.
Gustave Vincolato, 77, was unconscious when he was found in a shallow section of water near Ohio Avenue beach just after 3 p.m. Thursday, police said.
Lifeguards got the Folcroft, Delaware County resident onto the beach and began CPR, and Vincolato was then taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The Southwest Regional medical examiner’s office is to do an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
