GRAY, Maine (AP) - A motorist was killed when a car collided with a cement truck in Gray, Maine, police said.
Wendy Perkins, 39, of Standish, was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene late Friday afternoon, the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department said. A passenger was being treated at Maine Medical Center.
The investigation suggests Perkins’ car crossed the center line before the head-on collision on Route 202. The cement truck operator was not injured.
