TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - A brawl at an apartment building in New Jersey’s capital city ended with a man being fatally shot, authorities said.
The fight occurred Sunday in a hallway at the Delaware View Terrace apartments in Trenton. When officers arrived, they found 39-year-old city resident Maurice London had been shot in the chest.
London was taken to a hospital but was pronounced dead there a short time later, authorities said. They did not say if he lived in the apartment complex.
No other injuries weer reported in the brawl. Authorities have not said what sparked the fight or how many people were involved.
No arrest have been made in the shooting, which remains under investigation.
