BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - The city of Burlington issued a boil water advisory on Saturday for homes in the city and some homes in South Burlington that use the city’s water system out of an abundance of caution.
The notice did not include the high service area at the University of Vermont and the University of Vermont Medical Center, WCAX-TV reported.
The Burlington Department of Public Works originally issued the notice for the south end of the city but then expanded it citywide.
