UNITY, Maine (AP) - A Unity man is facing charges of arson and attempted murder accusing him of setting fire to a home last week.

Derek Creasy, 38, was arrested on Wednesday for the fire on Dec. 22 and taken to the Waldo County jail, the Maine Fire Marshal’s office said.

It was not immediately known if Creasy is being represented by an attorney.
