PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police say they’ve located a hit-and-run vehicle involved in the death of a pedestrian early Saturday.

Police say they were trying to identify and locate the driver of a 1997 Nissan pickup that struck 33-year-old Jessica Lightner at about 1 a.m.

The vehicle left the scene but witnesses directed police to its location several blocks away, police said.
