ST. LOUIS (AP) - Three people died in two separate crashes in and around St. Louis, police there said.
Police in St. Louis said the drivers of two cars that crashed into each other just before 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the city’s Vandeventer neighborhood were killed.
About 1 1/2 hours earlier, police were called to another crash in the St. Louis suburb of Sunset Hills, when a woman in her 50s was hit by a westbound vehicle as she walked north along Watson Road, police told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. She was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Police had not released the names of the victims by Thursday morning.
