CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - A woman believed to have been hit by a vehicle in Cheyenne has died.

Police continued to investigate what happened to Ann Miner, 67, of Torrington, around 8:30 p.m. Monday, Cheyenne police spokesman David Inman said in a statement Wednesday.

Officers got a report of a woman lying on a road between a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and Staybridge Suites hotel, police said.



They arrived to find that Miner had been taken to a hospital with serious injuries, KGAB Radio reported.
