PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say a fire at a Phoenix apartment complex caused no injuries but displaced 15 people.
The Fire Department said the fire Tuesday night appeared to be confined primarily to one apartment but the Red Cross said it was assisting residents displaced from a total of six units.
Cause of the fire was under investigation.
