LETTERS TO THE EDITOR: We are not free to harm others

OPINION:

Some people are empathetic in name only. They can talk the talk, but when it comes to walking the walk, they trip all over themselves.

Anyone who exists through somebody else’s toils and has never made a positive contribution to society has not earned the right to an opinion.

The carnage from rioting Democrat-run cities is the collateral side effect of overdosing on propaganda put forth by the Black Lives Matter movement. It is a misinterpretation of freedom when it causes grief and harm for others.

While we bury our head in the sand to avoid getting upset over the political upheavals around us, the “woke” contingent is taking over our lives.
