PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say a man has been killed in the crash of an all-terrain cycle in Phoenix.

Police have identified the victim as 34-year-old Miguel Villanueva.

They say Villanueva was driving the ATC around 5 p.m. Saturday and it rolled over after he drove up on a sidewalk.

Police say Villanueva wasn’t wearing a helmet and suffered a head injury.

Villanueva was taken to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

Police say it’s unclear whether impairment was a factor in fatal crash, which remains under investigation.
