ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) - A beer truck that overturned in suburban Maryland sent two people to the hospital and spilled cases of beer across a major roadway.

News outlets reported that the accident occurred Tuesday morning in the Aspen Hill area of Montgomery County, which is near Rockville.

Montgomery County police said the driver lost control of the truck as he attempted to turn at an intersection. The 59-year-old driver and a 65-year-old male passenger were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
