CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - Police in New Hampshire have accused a woman of chasing after a man in her car and trying to run him down while two children were inside the vehicle.

Police said Tuesday the man and woman were in a relationship and got into an argument inside the car, which was parked. The man allegedly assaulted the woman with a phone and then fled.

The woman started the car and allegedly pursued him.



The children were evaluated and removed from the scene.

The 41-year-old man was charged with misdemeanor assault and criminal mischief charges. The woman was charged with reckless conduct, a felony, and misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of a child and reckless operation.

Both were released on personal recognizance bond. It wasn’t immediately known if they had lawyers.
