CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Concerns about an upcoming storm have prompted several West Virginia communities to push back Halloween festivities to this weekend.
Officials have moved trick-or-treating from Thursday to Saturday in Charleston and Huntington. News outlets report multiple other cities have made similar moves.
Forecasters say a storm is expected to bring more than an inch of rain and strong wind gusts to the state on Thursday.
