RENO, Nev. (AP) - Reno police are looking for the driver of a black pickup truck who fled the scene after hitting and killing a high school student near Wooster High School.

Police say the juvenile female pedestrian was taken to a Reno hospital where she died Tuesday from injuries suffered in the crash near the intersection of Harvard Way and Plumb Lane at about 6:30 a.m.

Police say the black truck may have suffered headlight damage.



The name of the victim hasn’t been released.

Secret Witness is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest of the driver responsible.
