BLADES, Del. (AP) - Police in Delaware have arrested a teen accused of stabbing a man at a gas station.
Delaware State Police said in a statement Monday that a 15-year-old boy has been charged with assault and a weapons charge.
News outlets report the teen got into an argument with three men in Blades on Saturday afternoon. The argument escalated into a physical fight between the teen and an 18-year-old man.
State police Master Cpl. Melissa Jaffe says the stabbing happened in the gas station parking lot. Police took the teen into custody at his home. He was arraigned, then released to a guardian until a future court date.
The injured man was treated at a hospital and released.
