The White House Christmas tree was delivered Monday on a horse-drawn carriage, with first lady Melania Trump greeting the arrival at the North Portico on a sun-splashed day as a Marine Band played Christmas music.
Pennsylvania resident Larry Snyder of Mahantongo Valley Farms presented the tree, which will serve as the centerpiece for Christmas decorations in the Blue Room of the White House. Details on its dimensions were not immediately provided.
The carriage drivers drove horses named Cash and Ben.
