BOSTON (AP) - Two Boston men face criminal charges following a fatal shooting.
Police say the adult male victim was found after 2 a.m. Saturday near 101 Canal Street. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities have not released the man’s name.
Officers pulled over a car seen fleeing the scene and recovered a firearm.
Twenty-two-year-old Bryan Rice was charged with murder, attempted armed robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Twenty-four-year-old Anthony Baptista-Goncalves was charged with being an accessory before and after the fact to commit murder and attempted armed robbery.
Both men are expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court. It was unclear on Saturday whether the men have legal representation.
