SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (AP) - A water main break in South Windsor has cut off service to 400 residences and forced town hall and some businesses to close.
Officials say the affected pipe was installed in 1965. It failed around 11 a.m. Friday and repairs were expected to take several hours.
The town hall and library were closed and some daycare facilities in the area also shut down early.
