DOVER, Del. (AP) - Authorities in Delaware have released the names of two men who were killed when their car hit a utility pole.

Dover Police said Tuesday that 22-year-old Luis Bamaca Roblero and 28-year-old Kevin Castro-Giron were killed in Sunday’s crash.

Police say Roblero was driving a Toyota Prius that crashed about 5 a.m. on North DuPont Highway in Dover.

Investigators say alcohol and drugs are suspected as a factor in the crash.

Roblero was charged last year with drug possession and felony possession with intent to distribute after a traffic stop in Caroline County, Maryland.

He received a 30-day suspended sentence for misdemeanor marijuana possession. Prosecutors dropped the felony charge.
