PHOENIX (AP) - The Arizona Department of Public Safety says a 16-year-old driver was killed in a rollover wreck that closed part Interstate 10 in downtown Phoenix for part of Thursday morning.
The DPS says the crash on a curve just west of Roosevelt Street resulted from loss of control due to excessive speed.
No additional information was immediately released.
