PHOENIX (AP) - Police say a 25-year-old woman was killed and a 1-year-old girl was hospitalized after their minivan collided with a dump truck in Phoenix.

The crash happened Monday morning when the woman, identified as Denise Cruz, drove past a stop sign and collided with the truck. Other cars were in involved but nobody else suffered serious injuries.

The 1-year-old suffered non-life threatening injuries.



Police don’t believe impairment was a factor.
