MILFORD TOWNSHIP, Pa. (AP) - A crash during Sunday evening’s snowstorm has left two teenagers dead and a third injured.

State police say the crash occurred at about 5:30 p.m. Sunday in Milford Township, about 30 miles (48 kilometers) north of Philadelphia.

The (Allentown) Morning Call reports that the car driven by a 17-year-old skidded off Route 663 and hit a tree.

The Bucks County coroner’s office identified the victims as 18-year-old Michelle Goodwin of Pennsburg and 18-year-old Daniel Pierson of Red Hill. Autopsies are slated Tuesday.

The driver was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital. Authorities said snow was falling at the time, but police said the cause of the crash remained under investigation.
